Bao goes above and beyond for their members. The gym is well equiped and has everything you need-- from all the workout equipment you would need to numerous classes like zumba, cycling and yoga. The staff are incredibly friendly, always willing to help you out in any way they can while in the gym. I am currently writing this review in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, excited to start the ZOOM body sculpting class that Bao has organized, using the weights Bao has made available so we can maintain our health and fitness during this difficult time. The Bao team is works tirelessly to facilitate a great experience for members, whether it be adding new classes, renovating their spaces, and buying more equipment to make it more accessible and easy to use. As a member of over 5 years (and 20 pounds later!), I am so grateful for the Bao institute and cannot recommend them enough.
