I have never been much of a gym rat and the gyms I have tried in the past were always intimidating with large rooms filled with fit people who knew what they were doing- nothing like me. :) And the staff at these other places always seemed too busy to interact or assist with machines or form. After trying out BAO for the first time in December, I was instantly impressed by the level of professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. My personal training sessions with Elaina were just great- I felt like I was working out with a friend. And she’s one of the owners! After our sessions I was expecting she would try and sell me a membership but instead she encouraged me to continue my fitness goals when and how I wanted because she wanted to see me succeed. I have since joined BAO as a member and am looking forward to my time there.

Great Gym!!! Been a member for five years. Love the intimate gym setting. Not intimidating atmosphere for men, women or newby's.
