What is a Holistic Lifestyle Coach?

A Holistic Lifestyle Coach (HLC) balances the body as a whole, which increases vitality, decreases stress and sculpts the body of your dreams. Each program looks in increasing detail at the underlying causes of disease and stress, considering the body as a “system of systems”. Using a coaching model, you will learn how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise.

What can I expect?

Before a meeting with Elaina you will be asked to fill out 3 in depth forms that include;

  1. Metabolic Type Test- this will clarify how you as an individual are suppose to eat,  everyone is different that is why the traditional cookie cutter diets don’t work long term for many individuals.
  2. Stress Load Assessment – this assessment will allow me  to identify which systems within you are imbalanced or inflamed, this is our starting point to identify the root of a problem or issue.
  3. 10 day food journal and lifestyle assessment – let me see how you eat, relax and live your life. This is not for me to judge you in case you had too many chips or cookies, it allows me to see where your strengths are and where your weakness’ are,  from there we can create a realistic and specific  action plan for you.

Once Elaina has analyzed all the necessary forms you will sit withher or have a Skype meeting to go over all results and findings then and there will a call to action plan will be drawn out that is specialized for you.

What kind of results can I expect?

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching does not include “quick fixes”, which never work long term, but instead uses proven principles, which build strong foundations of health. This is a journey, it’s your journey, I’m simply a facilitator guiding and supporting you. You are in control the entire time from the action items you decide to implement that week to creating your dream. With my knowledge and experience assisting you on your journey you will have more energy within a couple of weeks, you will finally be able to drop those stubborn pounds but you will notice your mind has more clarity and your able to make better decisions either at home or in the work place. Through our coaching sessions you will finally discover who you really are and what your worth. Let’s find your passions and once you fall in love with yourself that is when you can create anything you want in your life.

I’m not sick; do I still need a coach?

No matter what your profession, you likely agree that just because someone is not sick does not mean he or she is well! Most chronic diseases take years to develop, but a healthy lifestyle can go a long way towards prevention. A holistic Lifestyle coach balances the mind, body and spirit within each individual, you may not be physically unwell but how is your mental state? Are you a negative person? Do you let your failures define who you are as an individual?

Your Holistic Lifestyle Assessment

You will understand why every meal, every bout of exercise and every late night has a hormonal consequence. You will be given tools, such as in-depth questionnaires, to assess your stress load and proper metabolic type.
